United Builders exists to strengthen underserved communities by empowering youth and residents through violence prevention, workforce development, and economic empowerment initiatives. Through community engagement, reentry support, technical assistance, and pathways to financial independence, the organization addresses barriers to employment, housing stability, and personal safety. Supported by state and local grant funding, United Builders creates opportunities that promote long-term stability, reduce violence, and build stronger, more resilient communities.
